NEW SWIMMERS
NEW SWIMMERS must tryout BEFORE registering. A coach will have your swimmer swim several laps and demonstrate every stroke. After trying out, the coach will let you know what training group to sign up for when registering.
TRYOUT INSTRUCTIONS - Regular tryouts will start back up in September. TO TRYOUT IN AUGUST go to Yost Pool Monday thru Thursday at 9:30am. For more information about trying out, contact Coach Pete.
New swimmers may NOT start practice until your registration has been approved and your USA Swimming registration has been paid.
RETURNING SWIMMERS
Cascade swimmers who wish to return after a perioid of inactivity should contact Nancy Davidson about group availability before registering. Returning swimmers will typically start back in the same group they were previous assigned to. Swimmers wanting to return to any Senior or Performance group will need to first contact the Head Coach for approval.
TRANSFERS
Swimmers who wish to transfer to Cascade from another USA Swimming club should contact one of our coaches regarding transfer procedures and group availability.
SENIOR PROGRAM
Swimmers who wish to join or return to any Senior group must first contact the Head Coach for approval.
Swimmers are NOT allowed to start practice until your registration has been approved.
