SRST: Correction to Pre-Meet Email Template

I forgot to change two of the bullet points in the pre-meet email template.  Here are the corrections:

1) THIS IS OUR HOSTED MEET AND VOLUNTEERING IS REQUIRED.

2) THE HEAT SHEET WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE RIGHT BEFORE THE START OF THE ACTUAL MEET.  THIS IS DUE TO POSITIVE CHECK-IN, SCRATCHES AND DECK ENTRIES HAPPENING AT THE LAST MINUTE.

I think both of these are obvious, but just in case I created confusion, the above corrections are how we will proceed.
