Practice Changes this week:

There is NO Saturday morning or Monday evening practices.   Happy Memorial Day and Enjoy your three day weekend!

No practice at KCAC on Friday due to the traveling swim meets and coaches availability.   Swimmers can attend practice at Sumner. Gold elite can swim with Gold.

The schedule can be found here:

KCAC swimmers & parents: There has been issue with bags being stolen on the deck at KCAC.  (by an Adult).  Parents need to remain in the stands during practice.  Please be vigilant if you see someone on deck that doesn’t belong and have you swimmer keep their bag in a place away from the doorway, etc.

Sumner Families:   Please remind your swimmers to bring their bags out on the deck during practice.   While the pool is technically not open for public use, the doors do remain open and the locker rooms are not monitored at all times.  Last week a cell phone was stolen out of the locker room during practice times.

Last team volunteer opportunity of the year: You can now sign up to volunteer at our last team hosted event on Sunday, June 2nd.   The sessions of this meet will be short.
