There is Saturday AM practice this week at Sumner for gold, gold elite, Silver Elite that are not swimming in the IST meet from 8-10 AM.

TEAM shirts: team shirts included in registration have arrived and will be distributed by coaches later this week.

Locker Room Etiquette:    We have had some issues reported to us of inappropriate behaviors by athletes in the locker rooms. Please discuss the following with your swimmers.(Coaches will also be discussing this week as well):

  1. No running, jumping on benches, etc.This can lead to serious injury.

  2. Keep your hands to yourself.  NO hitting people with towels or other belongings.

  3. The locker rooms are shared spaces with the public, please let a trusted adult know if there is anything out of the ordinary that makes them uncomfortable.

  4. Turn off the showers after use, do not overuse soap, etc.Be mindful of resources!

Upcoming Swim Meets:

The Sockeye fall open is October 18th & 19th at Hazen High School.   This meet is open to all swimmers as there are no time standards.  Entries have been sent.

Q Meet:  Sunday, November 17th:   At KCAC. Swimmers must have a silver time standards but 11 & overs cannot enter an event where they champs.  To enter, click here.

UPAC Distance Meet, Sunday November 17th:  at Curtis.   This meet is a great opportunity for our distance swimmers to get a distance event in.  Both the 1000 and 1650 are offered.   To enter, click here.
