Championship Meets at WKCAC Vaccination/Negative Test requirements-PARTICIPANT FAMILIES PLEASE READ!

Suzanne Rychlik

We are super excited to be entering the Championship meet season and cannot wait to see our swimmers compete at a BIG meet at the King County Aquatic Center in nearly two years.   The best part is that  there are NO CAPACITY restrictions and spectators are even allowed in the building... HOWEVER....

EVERYONE 12 years old and older entering the facility must present a vaccine card (digital is just fine) showing they are fully vaccinated.. Two Weeks past the last shot OR a negative COVID test within 72 hours of entrance.  Please note that the test must be done by a 3rd party (no at home tests are acceptable).   If you have already received the KCAC express pass, you can use that as well. There are no medical or religious exemptions.

Athletes, who are fully vaccinated or exempt due to age, will be able to use their meet bag tag for entry once they show their vaccine card.   If athlete are using a test for entry, please keep in mind the length of the meet and that athletes may need to retest to gain entry on the last day.

Spectators will show each day to receive a daily bracelet showing they have cleared to enter the facility.

We know that some may not agree with this policy BUT we also have great families who will respect the REQUIRED process that the host team must endure in order to offer these opportunities to our swimmers.   THANK YOU in advance for being respectul and cooperative with the process.

Please reach out with questions!
