Membership Information
WEST offers monthly memberships without any commitment or registration fees. Monthly fees are billed to your debit, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover Card on the 1st of every month. Any changes to your acccount, including cancellation require two weeks notice before the next billing cycle. For membership registration & lap swim schedule please (click here).
Membership includes lap swim, open swim, open gym, water aerobics.
Monthly Membership Types/Rates:
- Single: one adult 18-59 years of age - $45/month
- Senior Single: one adult 60 years of age or over - $40/month
- Couple: two adults 18-59 years of age - $70/month
- Senior Couple: one couple, at least one of which is 60 years or over - $62.50/month
- Household Memberships: every dependent living at the same residence, up to 6 members - $95/month
Members should be signing in at the iPad on deck when they arrive at the pool with the QR Code provided from Amber with the front office. Please review these commonly asked questions:
Question: An existing member comes in, but they do not have an active membership. Can they swim?
Answer: Yes, but please email the office to reinstate their account, making sure it requests the account be effective the day you came to use the facility. You can show the email to the guard / staff member on site for confirmation.
Question:A new member comes in and has never been a member before. They have filled out the form online to register as a lap swim member, but have not received a QR code yet. Can they swim?
Answer: If they have their confirmation email, you will be able to swim. The confirmation email is a system generated one from WEST, and their status will be ‘pending approval’.
