Swim Fit Conditioning & Junior Swim Fit

Our Swim Fit Programs allow swimmers to participate in swimming at their own desired level. We offer programs that allow swimmers to choose to practice as often as they can and have options ranging from once per week to five days per week. Swimmers can train in the off-season for high school teams and/or other sports, or just swim for fitness with friends. Either way, our program will focus on skill development and proper technique while incorporating the necessary training that the proper fundamentals of swimming require.

Junior Swim Fit: Ages 12-14 years old

Swim Fit: 15 years and older

Registration: Please fill out registration packet and turn into front office. Once received we will confirm space availability.

Swim Fit Prerequisites :
•Ability to swim 50 yards of freestyle, with proper side breathing.
•Ability to swim 50 yards of backstroke.
•100 Yards of kick with a board or in streamline position.
•Strong understanding of legal breastroke kick & swim

Swim Fit Jr:

Option 1: Wednesday Only 6:30pm-7:30pm  ($70.00 / Monthly)

Option 2: Weekends Only - Saturday & Sunday 12-1pm  ($120.00 / Monthly)

Option 3: Wednesday + Weekends ($150.00)

Swim Fit:

Option 1: Wednesday Only 6:30pm-7:30pm  ($70.00 / Monthly)

Option 2: Weekends Only - Saturday & Sunday 11am-12pm  ($120.00 / Monthly)

Seasonal: (Starts Feb 17th):

 

               Mon-Fri: 3-4pm *Junior Swim Fit & Swim Fit practice together
