Seasonal Conditioning Program

Immediately following the High School swimming seasons, we run a Seasonal Conditioning Program for swimmers 13 years and older. The program runs from late February until the end of the school year in June. The goal of the program is to compliment High School swimming allowing older swimmers that do not meet the requirements of the Club Team to stay in the water and gain a competitive advantage.

Practice Times: Monday-Friday 2:30-4pm

Requirements

Age: Must be 13 years or older.

Must be able to complete 50yds Freestyle, 50yds Backstroke and 100yds of uninterrupted kicking.
