SwimFit  2021/22

REGISTRATION & Practice Schedule will be released this Fall 2021 (August 23)

Our Swim Fit Programs allow swimmers ages 11+ to participate in swimming at their own desired level. Swimmers can train in the off-season for high school teams and/or other sports, or just swim for fitness with friends. Either way, our program will focus on skill development and proper technique while incorporating the necessary training that the proper fundamentals of swimming require.

Schedule:

Option 1 :Monday , Wednesday 6:00 - 6:30pm, Saturday 9:00 - 10:00am

Option 2: Tuesday , Thursday 6:00 - 6:30pm, Sunday 9:00 - 10:00am  Starting Nov Practice moving to Sat 9-10am

SPRING OPTIONS ONLY, Beginning End of February

Option 1 :Monday , Wednesday 2:30 - 4:00pm

Option 2: Tuesday , Thursday 2:30 - 4:00pm

Monthly Training Fees: $140.00

Swim Fit Prerequisites :
•Ability to swim 50 yards of freestyle, with proper side breathing.
•Ability to swim 50 yards of backstroke.
•100 Yards of kick with a board or in streamline position.
•Strong understanding of legal breastroke kick & swim
