WEST Emergency Closure April 22 - 28

Good Afternoon WEST Families,

WEST will need to undergo an emergency maintenance CLOSURE the week of April 22-28 to repair our pool pump. This maintenance was originally planned to be completed later this August, but due to recent circumstances, we needed to move up this maintenance to this month.

We will need to shut down the entire pool for safety, including all programs & lap and open swim. Our coaching staff is exploring options to see if we will be able to run replacement practices for our team swimmers at a neighboring pool. Swim lessons will need to be cancelled as well, and a credit will be issued to all affected families’ WEST account for the 2 days missed. This closure will NOT interfere with our scheduled Lessons Evaluations that are planned for the week prior.

We will be sending out more information next week, as we continue to solidify plans. As always, check our NEWS Section for our most recent announcements. Make sure you sign up for our text message alert system (click the following link from your mobile device: https://www.remind.com/join/westcoasta). This Remind is for our members / team families.

We also have a text messaging service specifically for lessons.  Click the link here  and register through your phone to participate. We will use this service to improve parent communication on WEST, especially regarding emergency closures and unavoidable last minute changes to scheduling for lessons, but to do so you must sign up for the service.

On top of our website, we also have these social media outlets that we update regularly to keep everyone in the loop: Follow us on Facebook , Twitter  and Instagram.

As always, our email is the best way to get in contact with us. Please contact office@westswimteamn.com for general inquiries. Stay tuned for more information!
