We hope everyone is doing well after our holiday weekend. Read on for this week’s important info:

 

No Weekend Schedule Changes

Competitive Team Swimmers - please refer to your group coach’s weekly email!

Rec, Lap / Open Swim, Lessons, Open Gym will all run as normal. 

 

*With winter weather here, we are watching the weather and will announce any schedule changes via email. Keep an eye on the sky and on your email inbox!

 

Pop Up Team Apparel Sale - Friday December 2nd

We are will have a pop-up team apparel sale in the green room 5:30-7:30pm THIS Friday! We will have shirts, tank tops, ,caps, goggles,&  more, as well as regularly priced team items (2022-2023 items). Hoodies and Crew Necks will also be available! This is a great opportunity to stock up on spirit wear before our Championship Meets, replace any misplaced spirit wear, or find the perfect stocking stuffer for your swimmers. All are welcome to stop by and see what we have

 

You must bring exact cash or check!

 

In order to run this sale, we will need a few parent volunteers to do the sales! Please see the job signup to earn some volunteer hours and help clear the closet!

 

WEST Holiday Food Drive: Now until December 12

WEST will be collecting non perishable food items for the Mill Creek Food Bank now through December 12th. A donation bin is located at the front office.You can learn more or donate a monetary value as well by going to their website here. Let’s help give back directly to our community!

Coaches will be sending out info in their weekly emails - get your creative caps on!

 

Cold & Flu Season is in Full Swing!

With viruses such as the common cold, influenza and COVID-19 circulating this winter, it’s important to be vigilant about proper hygiene. Protect yourself and reduce the spread by remembering a few tips:

  • Wash your hands regularly with soap and warm water.

  • Sanitize frequently touched surfaces regularly

  • Avoid sharing water bottles, food, cups, or utensils

  • Wear a mask in crowded, indoor areas

  • Keep a 6-foot distance from others

  • Stay home if you’re not feeling well
