The Sharks had a great showing at the 2022 LCM Age Group Champs! It was a long four (and hot!) days at the King County Aquatic Center, but the athletes did a great job of bringing energy and enthusiasm each day. After a very successful short course and long course season, UPAC’s Tolu Young (17) was selected to the Fiji Senior National Swim Team and is representing Fiji this summer at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, UK! This past weekend a quartet of Sharks represented UPAC at the Pacific Northwest Swimming Senior Long Course Champs, held at the King County Aquatic Center. The athletes did a wonderful job of coming together as a group, crushing the relays, and finished the meet as the 12 placed girls team, overall. That is a huge accomplishment regardless, but with just 4 swimmers, it is simply amazing!
