About The Burlingame Aquatic Club (BAC)

"The BAC is a community that promotes a lifelong love of aquatics. We believe an aquatic lifestyle promotes health and social connectivity, inspires personal growth, and empowers athletes of all ages and abilities to pursue competitive excellence."

The Burlingame Aquatic Club (BAC) is a registered 501(c)(c) non-profit organization that manages all programming run at the Burlingame Aquatic Center on behalf of the City of Burlingame, with the exception of the Burlingame HS programs. The Aquatic Center opened in 2000 and consists of two pools, one Olympic sized 50m competitive pool and one small wading pool; there are no diving boards.

BAC was founded when the facility opened. As an organization, we have been proud to see participation grow each year and to have the chance to work with a broad range of our community members.  We have an excellent staff with experience at all levels of aquatics, and every one of us believes in the positive benefits of an active lifestyle. We believe that there is a place for everyone at BAC, and we look forward to having you as part of the BAC community.
