MASTERS Swimming FAQ

Q: Do I have to be a great swimmer to join CCA Masters?

A: The goal of our program is to provide quality instruction and training to those who want to ?never stop competing? in the sport of swimming- whether that means competing with yourself to become healthier or to qualify for Masters nationals and triathlon events! We do recommend that our swimmers have some background in competitive swimming. Our staff is available for private lessons if you need to sharpen up, and if you are BRAND new to the sport of swimming the City of Roseville offers Adult Swim Classes to introduce you to the water!

Q: What if I am interested only in triathlon or open water training?

A: We know this is the hottest area of interest in the “over 18” swim world- and we are ready to build you up to achieve your goals! Coach Ron will help develop training that will benefit your open water needs. From the daily workouts to monthly clinics- we have some exciting ideas coming!
