SAFESPORT is a USA Swimming Comprehensive Abuse Prevention Program focused on preventing abuse by increasing awareness and helping organization’s develop policies that discourage the kinds of behavior and situations that can lead to abuse. All swim clubs belonging to USA Swimming must implement a Minor Athlete Abuse Protection Policy(MAAPP) and an action plan to address bullying. In an effort to maintain the Daly City Dolphins status as a Safesport Club the following documents have been attached for every parent member and athlete to read, understand and sign. By signing these important documents you are furthering the success of DCD in creating an abuse free environment. Please take some time to review these documents. Additional tools and resources have been included for your Safesport educational purposes.
