Kathleen Schafle, a junior who attends Vintage High School, was selected by the United States Water Polo Olympic Development Program (ODP) to participate in an Elite Training Camp. The camp began Saturday and ends on Wednesday at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. The purpose of the camp is to continue to train, educate and evaluate potential USA national team pipeline athletes and Olympians. The Napa Valley Swim Team competed against more than 100 other teams at the Pacific Swimming Adam Szmidt Memorial Long Course Junior Olympics Meet July 11-13 at Concord Community Pool.
