Stanford All-Americans Offering Lessons: Two recent graduates, Leah Stevens and Kim Williams, have offered private lessons for members of our site. These will be provided based on space and availability. Please contact your child's coach to see if these are appropriate for your children. Lessons will be $40 for a half hour and will be paid directly to the ladies.

New Officials Clinic: There will be a clinic at Palo Alto High School on Sunday, Sept 29th from 7AM-8:30AM. This clinic is free of charge and will be provided to any adult members interested in becoming a stroke and turn official at swimming meets. This is a very valuable position in our program and we need to make sure that we have enough members as officials on a consistent basis. Nan McKenna will run this clinic for PASA.

Ella Eastin Swim Clinic: NCAA Champion, NCAA Swimmer of the Year, American Record Holder, USA National Team Member and Olympic Hopeful will be doing a clinic at Rinconada on Saturday, September 28th. This will be done in two parts during normal practice hours as follows: 12-unders- 11AM-12:30PM Ella will briefly speak to the group, get in and demonstrate a few things and have the kids do the same, and will finish up with autographs and pictures. This is a reminder that the PASA Rinconada Annual Parent Meeting is this Tuesday. We encourage all families to come hear about our swim club, meet the coaches, and learn about plans for the upcoming season. Those bleary-eyed mornings began with a 4:45 a.m. wake-up call and didn't get any easier from there. Throughout high school, Andrew Cho started most days at Stanford's Avery Aquatic Center with a workout alongside his Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics teammates. It was there, with the sun just up over the sparkling outdoor facility, that the GW swimmer learned the dedication necessary to reach the highest level of the sport.
