Tiger athletes will continue to build on the fundamental skills and technique from the Cubs division as they build towards the advanced stages of learning. Tiger Athletes will learn how to comprehend overall concepts of training and implement them in practice. Also, swimmers will learn that “Off-Deck” habits and decisions have an direct effect on performance in addition to their in the pool work. Tiger Athletes will compete in local, regional, and qualifying meets. Tiger Division athletes equipment: kickboard, fins, snorkel, paddles, and pull buoy (all can be purchased at sswfresno.com).

    • Practice Time Duration 75 Min Monday-Friday including (Dryland 3X Week for 15 Min *Each Dryland Session)
