Silver Select

Skills at a breakthrough point; desire for greater, more intensified training

SILVER SELECT Foxes are beginning their middle school years and looking for more training than their Silver or Pack 2 teammates. Competition at swim meets is expected in this group with an emphasis on goal-setting, focus and attention to detail.  Having worked already in the Silver group or with a comparable regiment, Silver Select swimmers are primarily 5th through 7th graders and are considering swimming as their main sport, taking advantage of increased opportunities to train.

2020-2021 Practice Days:

Providence Practices: 8pm - 9:15pm on Mondays and Wednesdays

Saturdays: 12:30pm - 2pm at GMU

Sundays: 7:30am - 8:50am at Providence

- All practices are included in the Silver Select program. A dryland schedule will be sent shortly. 

Required Equipment: Kickboard, Paddles, Snorkel, Buoy, Fins, 2 Tennis Balls, Exercise Mat (optional for dryland), Cap, Goggles, Suit, Water Bottle
