Occoquan Swim Academy (OSA)

We offer various swimming lessons year-round, from parent-tot children under three years old to adult level classes.

SAFETY

OSA's curriculum saves lives and teaches effective, efficient, fast swimming.  A systematic approach to building foundational skills provides the tools needed to help kids and adult learners build the confidence and skills to stay safe in and around the water.

SMALL CLASSES

Aqua-Tots and Swim Like A Fish classes are small. Most classes are kept at a max of 3 students at a time, offering you plenty of one-on-one attention. You can excel at your own pace, work together with your peers, and learn from others along the way.

Adult classes are taught as private and semi-private lessons. Each lesson leads you through the systematic progression taught to younger students, but in an informative fashion tailored to fit your needs and goals.

TRAINED & KNOWLEDGEABLE INSTRUCTORS

OSA instructors are excellent at what they do. With backgrounds in competitive swimming, our instructors have learned from numerous coaches and teachers throughout their careers.

WARM & CLEAN POOL

OSA swimming pool contains warm (88 degrees), clean water.  With an upgraded filtration system, UV disinfection, with a small Chlorine dose, the water is safe and clean for all ages.
