Welcome to the Potomac Marlins Electronic Registration platform for the summer of 2022. We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and currrent members. Once registered, you will receive access to a private team account that will enable you easily enter swim meets, sign-up for volunteer positions, see your children's swim time histories, maintain your own contact and payment information, and more.

Please DO NOT register if you have not first spoken with a Marlins coach to receive approval for a specific practice group.
Our program is "ability based" and all swimmers must be assessed before being approved for practice groups.  Registration is also based upon a first come basis until all available slots are filed.

  • Potomac Marlins 11-month registered swimmersare not required to re-register for the summer program.  Consult primary deck coaches and/or the summer practice schedules posted on the web site for assigned practice locations.
  • Team Fees are non-refundable once received.   Team fees for 11-month registered swimmers are non-refundable should swimmer choose not to swim over the summer months LC season.
  • Summer fees are pro-rated weekly for late starts.  Fees are not pro-rated for early termination.
  • Swimmers transferring to Potomac Marlins from other USAS teams for the 2022 summer season will receive 100% credit for summer fees applied towards their 2022-2023 season fee BALANCE upon registration for the 2022-2023 season.  Balance payments for the 2022-23 season are due Sept. 30.
  • Team Fees are only accepted with a credit card and are collected at the time of registration.  Your confirmation receipt shows that the fee was processed and then your swimmer can immediatley start the first day of summer program practice.
  • NEW member swimmers do not receive outfitting for the summer program.  Team caps and team suits are required for summer program MEET participation.  Suits and caps can be purchased at SPORT FAIR  (703-524-9500)
  • The Marlins summer program is divided into two sessions.  Session #1 runs from the day after Memorial Day through the end of the school year (typically FCPA calendar) which is June 10th this year.  Session #2 runs from June 11th through July 29th.  Some of the Marlins practice locations change pools and schedules between session #1 and #2.  When you register, it is for the FULL summer programBe sure to select the location for your specific group.  See the SUMMER PRACTICE SCHEDULES web page to make sure you know which one to select before proceeding.  You can access it here.  Swimmers may use any advertised summer practice location throughout the summer with coach approval.
