Welcome to the York Swim Club of Northern Virginia Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming summer season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

 

Registering for Morning Group Practice Only (Senior 1A or Senior 1B) - If you plan to register for a senior morning group practice for the first time you will need to be approved by Coach Mat Campet.  Please email him, [email protected] if you would like to arrange a try out.  If you sign up for a senior morning group without prior permission your swimmer will be removed from that group.   

Practices will be limited to eight swimmers per lane, we will not be able to make any schedule changes/adjustments or offer make up practices in other groups.  We appreciate your understanding.

Returning Members

Returning families will log in and select the "Start Registration" tab on the left side of the homepage to begin registration.  Please verify your account information is accurate or update your information accordingly.  Your login information (email address and password) has not changed from the previous season.

College students who would like to train with us during the summer months may contact [email protected] for approval and practice options and then [email protected] for pricing and registration directions.

New Members

All new York Swim Club members must attend an evaluation before registration may be completed.

If you are transferring to York Swim Club from another United States Swim Team please email [email protected] for directions to complete your Transfer Swimmer Form.

If you are joining the team for the 2023 Summer Season and are new to USA Swimming an additional fee will apply as you will need to register your swimmer for seasonal USA Swimming registration membership for insurance purposes.

Once the evaluation is completed new families will create an online account and register for the group you were assigned by the coach at the evaluation.

 

 

Fall 2023 - Spring 2024 Registration

Registration for the Fall 2023 - Spring 2024 Season is just around the corner.  Registration will open for current members on Monday, June 12th at 10:00 am, will open to inactive members on Monday, June 19th and new members on Friday, June 23rd.  Please note there is a Registration Fee which includes Insurance, Admin Fees and Team T-Shirt & Cap for all swimmers participating on the team. Swimmers will also need to be registered with USA Swimming as a premium athlete which is a fee of $96.00. These fees are in addition to the swimming dues associated with each practice group.  Families with more than one swimmer will receive a discount when registering multiple swimmers at the same time.  Please note that swimmers will register into practice groups based on their age on 12/31/23.
