Utah Training Trip: Day 9

     We all awoke Monday morning tired from the long hikes the day before. Despite this, we were able to pull through practice while obtaining a few tips on how to prepare for practice better. As expected, everyone rested that afternoon and reenergized themselves for the afternoon practice.

     Feeling much better and prepared for afternoon practice, we were able to get a good workout in for our eighth day of camp. After a nice pasta dinner, we decided what we were going to do tomorrow afternoon in light of there being only one practice that day. We decided we would go to the movies tomorrow night.
