This past weekend the FISH competed in the 2020 Retriever Classic held in Baltimore, MD. As a team the FISH placed 3rd overall, and helping to contribute to the many great swims, we had 3 individual high point winners: Lila Sherman, 10 & Under female; Bridget O’Shaughnessy, Open female; and Sam O’Brien, Open male. The 2020 Swim-A-Thon is coming! The FISH is a nonprofit organization and this annual fundraiser helps keep us in operation and covers expenses. Like last year, we are putting a portion of our funds raised toward helping Children's National Hospital of DC. We hope that by expanding our Swim-A-Thon event to support those in our community, we can all be Happy, Healthy, and Strong! FISH was named a Silver Medal Club by USA swimming for the 2020 year. Swims during the 2019 year helped us qualify for this award which names the top teams in America.
