2023 FALL Season

Location: San Juan High School, 7551 Greenback Lane, Citrus Heights

September 6th through October 30th. 3 days a week. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

*Beginning Group - 5:00pm - 5:45pm

*Intermediate Group - 5:45pm - 6:45pm

*Advanced Group - 6:45pm - 8:00pm

*practice times may change +/- 15-30 min based on number of participants per group.  Coaches will communicate swimmers group placement a week before Fall program begins.
