Practices are Monday - Friday afternoons while school is in session

and then move to mornings once school is out.


AFTER SCHOOL PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Monday thru Friday beginning Monday, April 27 and ending Thursday, May 22nd

7 & 8

5:00 - 5:30 PM

5:00 - 5:40 pm

9 & 10 5:40 - 6:20 PM
11 & 12 6:20 - 7:10 PM
13 & Up 7:10 - 8:00 PM

 


                       No practice on Friday, May 22 or Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day)


SUMMER PRACTICE SCHEDULE - MORNINGS

After school is out starting on Tuesday, May 26 - Tuesday, June 23 (except for ASA Swimmers)

 (Begins after Forsyth County Schools let out for the summer)

swimmers who need to practice early

7:30 - 8:00 AM
7 & 8 8:00 - 8:45 AM
9 & 10 8:45 - 9:45 AM
11 & 12 9:45 - 10:45 AM

13 & Up

FUN FRIDAY SCHEDULE:

  Pool games followed by ice cream, donuts, etc.

PRACTICE RULES

  • Swimmers are expected to practice at least 3 times a week.  (We understand that vacations, camps and other commitments may prohibit swimmers from coming to 3 practices every week, but, on average, this should be the goal.)
  • Swimmers should arrive at their scheduled practice 5 minutes early with a swim cap, goggles and a towel.
  • No children other than the ones practicing will be allowed in the pool.   
  • All children age 8 and under must have an adult present during practice.
  • Parents please stay off the swim deck during practices.  You are welcome to watch from the cabana porch or grill patio seating area above the deep end of the pool.
  • Please pick up your child promptly after your swimmer's practice time.
  • Do not interrupt the practice unless there is an emergency.
  • Do not yell or gesture to your child during practice.
  • Use time Before or After practice to speak to coaches. Do not seek to talk to the coaches During practice.
