Hy-Crest is a membership facility. We are owned and operated by our family members.
We currently have about 150 Members, and we'd love to have you join our family. We
offer many benefits you don't get at the large commercial parks. We offer grass and
trees, not concrete. And we're just a short walk or bike ride away - just around the
bend from Keehner Park. No more tracking the kids at the big parks, no more drop-
off/pickup-up points. We're a safe, healthy, family place for our youth to swim, play and
relax with their friends and family.

Membership Options
1) Family One year - Trial Rental Membership - Enjoy all amenities the pool has to offer
however, no voting on issues or pool policies and improvements. limit - 1 year trial. Year
2 converts to Family Membership.
Pay $400 + tax =$426.00
2) New Family Membership -
All members are owners of the pool, land and all
improvements. We vote on major issues and enjoy all the pool amenities!
Pay $550 + tax (first year joining only) = $582.50
3) Family Renewal Membership - All members are owners of the pool, land and all
improvements. We vote on major issues and enjoy all the pool amenities!
Pay $500 + tax =$532.50
4) Individual Membership - Single rental, over the age of 18. No limit as to how
many years you can utilize this option.
Pay $200 + tax =$213.00
Amenities - 25 meter heated pool, 3M high dive, 2 low dives, baby pool,
volleyball court, wiffle ball field, concession stand, covered patio, soccer fields,
swim team, swim lessons, and much more!
