Dana Hills Swim Team is proud to offer our Fall swim program from August 29th through December 3rd with coaches Nikki Palmer, Maddy Webster, and Eric VanBrocklin. The program is designed to expose swimmers to advanced swim racing experience focusing on more extensive training and technical instruction and offering newer swimmers an opportunity for additional pool time beyond the summer season. Group Placement

Gold Group is intended for swimmers that plan to participate in meets during the fall.

The group is open to 7 & up swimmers at a full-time option only. 7-8’s in this group must have all four legal strokes and at least two county times (Or IM). If you have questions about this group or are interested, please email [email protected]

Groups 2-4 are open to both a full-time and 2-day-a-week option. The training groups are intended to provide the appropriate training for all ability levels and training capabilities, ages are offered as the groups' recommendations only. Due to this, we will evaluate swimmers during the first week of the program to determine the appropriate training group for swimmers' current abilities. If any group changes are required, they will be done by the 2nd week of the program. If the group assignment changes after the first week and the time changes impact the swimmer's ability to attend, refunds will be given.

Groups may also adjust later in the season due to attendance and weather.

Meet Schedule

Meets are very important for evaluating improvement and providing motivation. Each meet will be optional; however, swimmers should try to compete in as many fall meets as possible. US Swimming meets require additional registration. All swimmers in the Intermediate and Advanced groups are encouraged to register with USA Swimming and swim in fall meets.
