Dana Hills Swim Team Spring Clinic

The 2020 Dana Hills Swim Team Spring Clinic will begin on March 1st, 2021, and run for 5 weeks, ending Thursday, April 1st. The coaches would like to encourage all families to participate in the Spring Clinic as the program will provide the technical foundation for the swimmers to build throughout the upcoming season. The program cost is $300 for 4 days a week and $250 for 2 days a week. The clinics will focus on a technical foundation to build upon throughout the season. Each week will focus on a different swim stroke and will also cover: drill progression, proper body positions, breakouts, turns, proper breathing tips, stroke timing, starts, turns, finishes, race strategy, etc. The final week will be review. This year we are adding a Junior Otter group for water-safe otters that likely missed an opportunity to swim all of last year. The program is designed for returning summer recreational swimmers with competitive meet experience.

COVID-19 operating procedures are in effect for the clinic and all pool operations. Swimmers and coaches are required to wear masks at all times in accordance with County and State mandates, entry and exit procedures must be followed by all participants and parents and physical distancing best practices must be followed.
