2022 - 2023 WINTER SWIM PRACTICE -- September 17 - May 20
4-5pm (12 & Under); 5-6pm (13 & Up)
*Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to be ready to meet with the coaches at 4pm or 5pm.

October 8, 15, 29; November 26; December 10, 24, 31; January 14; February 18; April 1, 8
Who can signup
Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted. Generally ages 5 and up. If the coaches determine that your swimmer can't swim unassisted, a refund will be given minus any credit card fees.
Please keep your swimmer home if they have had a fever in the last 24 hours, sore throat, cough, chills, shortness of breath, diarrhea, vomiting, any flu-like symptoms or have had a known exposure to someone with Covid. If your swimmer has a positive diagnosis of Covid, please follow CDC guidelines as found in this link.
What to bring
Swimmers must bring a towel, goggles, swim cap and water bottle. Also, if you have your own fins and kick board, please bring them.
Questions
In order to provide the best coaching experience, please don’t interrupt the coaches. There will be a board member available typically available, to whom you should direct any questions and concerns.
Payment
$250 per swimmer (Discount for multiple swimmers- $15 off for 3, $20 off for 4 )
If you have not already paid, payment must be brought to the first practice or your swimmer will not be able to participate. There will be a board member on site to receive your cash or check payment.
