| SUNDAY STROKE CLINICS Sunday, March 6 - Sunday, May 1 (8 consecutive Sundays excluding Easter Sunday) Stroke clinics are structured to provide high-quality stroke instruction to competitive summer-league swimmers and to refine stroke drills focused on proper stroke and turn techniques. Overall, the goal of the clinic is to gain a technical foundation for a fantastic 2022 season. The first session will start Sunday, March 6. One stroke will be emphasized each Sunday for a total of 8 clinics (each stroke is covered twice, see format below). You may sign up to attend all 8 clinics or pick 4 and choose which clinics you’d like to attend.
