2023 Sunday Stroke Clinics
Stroke Clinics are structured to provide high-quality stroke instruction to competitive summer league swimmers and to refine stroke drills focused on proper stroke and turn techniques. Overall, the goal of the clinic is to gain a technical foundation for a fantastic swim season. These clinics are not included with swim team registration and require a separate registration fee.
The first session will start Sunday, March 5th. One stroke will be emphasized each Sunday for a total of 8 clinics (each stroke is covered twice, see format below). You may sign up to attend all 8 clinics, or pick 4 and choose which clinics you’d like to attend.
All sessions are held at Acalanes High School except Sunday, March 26, which will be held at Campolindo High School.
