2021 Sunday Stroke Clinics - Registration is open!

March 7 - May 2, 2021 (excluding Easter Sunday)

Acalanes High School Pool in March

Campolindo High School Pool in April and May

Stroke technique clinics offer experienced swimmers the opportunity to brush up on stroke technique prior to the season launch.  During each of the 8 Sundays, a different stroke will be reviewed.  This program is coached from the deck and runs prior to our season launch.   This is not intended as a learn to swim program.  Spring clinics are intended ONLY for swimmers who have previously been active members of a swim team.  LMYA Swim team members will be given priority as we are limited to 48 swimmers per session.

The first clinic will start Sunday, March 7.  One stroke will be emphasized each Sunday for a total of 8 clinics (each stroke is covered twice, see format below).

Sunday, 3/7 and 3/14:  FREE

Sunday, 3/21 and 3/28:  BACK

Sunday, 4/11 and 4/18:  BREAST

Sunday, 4/25 and 5/2:  FLY

Session 1:               1:50 – 2:35 pm

Session 2:               2:50 – 3:35 pm

Registration fees for Spring Clinics are $200.  We will not pro-rate fees.

COVID protocols, as determined by the County, AUHSD and our board, may change at any time.  In addition to detailed protocols that will be communicated prior to our first clinic, we expect for our Spring Clinics:

    (2)  There will be a maximum of 4 swimmers per lane, and we will be using all 8 lanes of the Campolindo dive pool

    (3)  We will have 2 coaches on the pool deck at all times
