2020 Sunday Stroke Clinics - Registration opens Feb 1!

March 1 - April 26, 2020 (excluding Easter Sunday)

Acalanes High School Pool

Optional stroke technique clinics offer experienced swimmers the opportunity to brush up on stroke technique prior to the season launch.  During each of the 8 Sundays, a different stroke will be reviewed.  This program is coached from the deck and runs prior to our season launch.  Swimmers aged 6-8 years old should have prior swim team experience in order to maximize the experience for all participants.  While this program is open to all swimmers, priority for this program is given to members of the LMYA Swim Team.  This is not intended as a learn to swim program.

The first session will start Sunday, March 1.  One stroke will be emphasized each Sunday for a total of 8 clinics (each stroke is covered twice, see format below).  You may sign up to attend all 8 clinics or pick 4 and choose which clinics you’d like to attend.
