Hello Dolfins Families, I hope this message find you all well and staying active and healthy. The Dolfins Swim Team community has always been like a family or in marine terms, a pod. We lift each other up and inspire each other to “Have Fun! Swim Fast!” all summer long. It is because of this connection, that it makes this email that much more difficult to deliver, but here is it. Due to the most current Contra Costa Health Services (CCHS) continued shelter-in-place health orders that still dramatically limits pool...

Phase 3 could be coming soon, but we just don't know right now. I know a lot of you have seen and signed petitions to open pools and it definitely feels good to try to do whatever we can to help get our lives back to normal, but all...
