  1. DARTS Dryland

Each Monday starting June 1, a new dryland workout will be posted on Each session is approximately 15-20 minutes. It includes a 5 minute stretch routine. Follow along with the video. A print version of each workout will be available as well. If needed, feel free to modify the number of repeats, adjust length of time for exercise or modify the technique as offered by the coach. The hope is that you complete the workout and attempt it again later in the week. As your endurance improves, repeat the workout three times a week.

These exercises were selected for their relevance to swimming and diving.

  2. Yoga

Each week certified instructor Laura Frisch will lead us in a 45 minute session of yoga. The high school team has used Laura in past seasons. Each session will focus on balance, flexibility and core strength development. All crucial elements to better swimming and diving. Do not fear this workout. It will be directed for all ages and will offer excellent direction to those new to yoga as well as those familiar with yoga.

Like the dryland workouts, the weekly yoga session will be posted Wednesday on
