Members Fee Schedule:

Bond Cost: $475  

Your LPSC Bond is a one-time purchase of $475 the first year of membership. Bonds must be held for three years from date of purchase in order to be redeemed at full value. Bonds can also deplete in value if past-due fees are owed. When you are ready to sell your bond, please use the following link for bond redemption information

Annual Membership Fees:

Seniors - $200
Single, Non-Senior - $225
2 Member Household - $405
3-4 Member Household - $455

5-6 Member Household - $505
7 or more in Household - $580  

** Capital Improvement Fee - $100 until 3/1, $125 March 2 - May 1, $150 after 5/1.
** Capital Improvement Fee for new members is $100
August-Only Membership- 4 Member Household - $250 (No Bond Required) *August 1 to August 31 only. Each additional member in household $50 for August membership.
Child Care Provider Member - $100 - Do not list child care provider name when registering. Choose Child Care provider during check out. Your account will be noted.
Note: no charge for children under 2 years of age

Guest Fees:

  • Weekdays - $8.00
  • Saturday, Sunday and Holidays - $10.00
  • GUEST PASSES – 6/$40.00 valid weekdays and weekends

Guest fees are paid at the front desk.  Or you can purchase a book of 6 guest passes for $40.

** Capital Improvement Fee is paid every year including initial application year. Capital Improvement Fee is due each year even if you do not pay your membership fee for the year. Each year the fee is not paid it will be deducted from your bond total when you redeem your bond.
