2021 Swim Practice Schedule

Pre-Season Afternoon workouts begin Monday, April 12th and run Monday through Friday.  There will be no practice the week of April 3-11 for Spring Break. The last preseason workout will be Friday, June 11th.  

Mini- Squids & 6& Under            3:30 – 4:00        
7-8                                           4:05 – 4:45         
9-10                                         4:50 – 5:40        
11-12                                       5:45 – 6:45         
13 & Over                               6:50 –8:00  

*Mini-Squids will remain a separate group with separate instructors.
 

Regular Season Morning workouts will be held Monday through Friday beginning Monday, June 14th. Practice times are as follows:

13 & Over                             8:00 -- 9:10
11 – 12                                  9:10 -- 10:00
9 – 10                                    10:05 -- 10:50 
7 – 8                                      10:50 -- 11:30 
6 & Under                             11:30 -- 12:00 
Mini Squids                          12:00- -12:30 Mon - Thur 


IMPORTANT COACH NOTES:  Parents please make sure that your swimmer is prepared and ready to swim 5 minutes prior to the start of posted practice time. Suits, goggles, and caps should be on, and fins should be in hand (ages 7-up).  During pre-season all swimmers are to gather under the canopies on the block end of the pool and meet the coaches.  It is important that the swimmers are present for the first 5 minutes of practice as this is where coaches will give initial instruction and outline the days events.

All swimmers who have hair that may interfere with proper technique must wear swim caps.  If a coach asks that your child be in a cap, please make sure your swimmer makes the necessary change.  All swimmers ages 7 and up should have fins and bring them to practice daily.
