2023 Junior Coach Application

This is a volunteer position meant to cultivate future assistant coaches and assist with the children's practices only. In water assistance with individual children or small groups of children and other similar tasks will be assigned to Junior Coaches by the Head Coach. Depending on the number of qualified applicants and vacation/camp obligations, there may be a daily or weekly rotation set up. In addition, other duties related to the swim team may be assigned such as setting up and cleaning up at each home meet. Lifeguard certification is preferred but not required. Candidates must be current rising 9th grade-12th grade swimmers.
