Coach Michael Roach I started swimming when I was 5 for the neighborhood summer league and realized I liked it and had fun doing it.  It was a great release for all the energy I had.  I began swimming year round for MAC,  and quickly discovered  that distance swimming was where I excelled.  I am currently swimming for Lewis University and am going into my Senior year, and STILL LOVE IT!!  As an Assistant Coach it's very rewarding to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for swimming with the new swimmers. It's awesome to see them improve with each meet, and instill in them a love of swimming.   I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the pool!!  GO SEALS!!

Coach Elisabeth Aliftiras has been helping coach the Ridge Seals Swim Team since 2016 and was appointed Junior Coach in 2019. She also coaches and swims for a year round club team. Elisabeth is a shark enthusiast and enjoys drinking iced coffee by the pool!

As a a junior coach, Megan is looking forward to another opportunity to share her knowledge, experience, and passion of swimming with swimmers of all ages and abilities as well as to enjoy  another season with the seals!
