WELCOME TO BLUE GROUP
This group is for athletes 11 & up who have had some competitive swimming experience and would like to continue to refine their swimming skills. The aim of this group is to develop the basic stroke fundamentals and to build a solid stroke technique foundation. Focusing on kicking and using innovative drill progressions, the swimmers acquire the skills necessary for efficient swimming and are ready to take the steps toward competitive swimming in all four strokes.
Swimmers in this group are encouraged to attend 2 to 3 practices a week out of the 3 offered. Practices are 1hour long
Swimmers in this group are expected to have the following apparel/equipment:
SwimSuit
Swim Cap
Goggles
Practice Days & Times*
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:45 - 5:45pm
The TigerSharks swim team offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. Our goal is to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of their abilities.
