Welcome to the Brentwood Gators Electronic Registration for our 2023 season!  Swimmers ages 5-18 can sign up.  The only requirements are the ability to swim the length of the pool, a desire to swim and a membership at BSC.  We are excited about several enhancements this year to the process based on feedback from our swim team community.

We are fully electronic for all payments and will no longer be collecting volunteer deposit checks.  In order to streamline payment and eliminate the risk and hassle involved with collecting and securing paper checks throughout the summer, we've added a pre-authorization feature to process any volunteer deposits at the end of the season. (You will be charged if you fail to fullfill your three volunteer shifts.)

We will also provide an opportunity again this year for families to contribute toward coaches' gifts during registration.  Coaches gifts can be selected in $10 increments.  

We have separated swim team registration and Swimmer Declare / volunteer signups this year. This will allow us to better ensure we have the right number of volunteer opportunities for the number of registered families.  In addition, it will provide a better opportunity for everyone, returning members as well as new families, to find volunteer positions. Volunteer signups and opportunities to declare your swimmers for meets will begin on May 25th at 7am. 

The registration process is simple for both new and returning members. By registering, You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.
