The Kincaid Forest Swim Team is a volunteer-supported team. Without volunteers, we CAN NOT have a season. Please see below for the specific lead volunteer positions currently open. All families are required to volunteer at least 5 times throughout the season.

  • Volunteering for Meets (everyone!) : Each family's responsibility to sign up to volunteer at meets in some capacity a minimum of five times.  Each meet or event counts for 1 volunteering position.  Also, once you sign up to volunteer for a meet, it is your responsibility to get another parent to fill in for you if you can’t make it. Here are the meet positions available: 2022 Meet Volunteers.
