What is Divisionals?
Divisionals is a 6-team meet, this year (2022) hosted at Red Rock pool. Our meet consists of Kincaid Forest, Red Rock, Potomac Crossing, Greenway Farms, Lansdowne, and Rivercrest. This meet is for all swimmers who swam in at least 2 regular season meets throughout the season. Swimmers can select up to 3 events from free, back, breast, fly and IM. There are NO relays at Divisionals. Divisionals is NOT a qualifying meet for All Stars—they are separate. If you don’t have a time in an event, you may not swim that event at Divisionals.
What is All Stars?
All Stars is a competitive meet that includes swimmers from all teams in the ODSL swim league. The top 18 swimmers in each event and age group across the league are invited to swim in All Stars. To see the ODSL swim rankings you can visit this link: https://www.teamunify.com/TabGeneric.jsp?_tabid_=8304&team=recodslva. For All Stars, swimmers may select up to 3 events to swim (if they qualify) back, breast, fly, free, IM. There are no relays at All Stars. If a swimmer qualifies for one All Stars event, they may chose to not swim All Stars and only swim Divisionals but they may not swim their All Stars qualifying event at Divisionals. If a swimmer qualifies in two or more All Stars events, the swimmer must swim at All Stars. Swimmers may not swim both Divisionals and All Stars, only one meet may be selected.
