KSTC is currently hiring the following position

Maintenance Worker

Under the Kent Swim and Tennis Club Board of Trustees, the Maintenance Worker is responsible to oversee the Facilities property, building and grounds maintenance for Kent Swim and Tennis Club.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


The Maintenance Worker is responsible for a variety of jobs under the direction of Facility Board members. 

• Oversees the facility operations of the buildings, grounds, pool, construction, solid waste, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, heating, ventilation,   and air conditioning systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance and respond to emergency calls.
• Collects and gathers bids for purchasing maintenance equipment and supplies when needed.
• Establish inventory controls and measures to maintain adequate levels and accurate counts of maintenance inventory at all times.
• Responsible to ensure Club equipment  and facilities are properly maintained and in operating condition at all times; including boilers, chillers, alarms.
• Analyzes and recognizes deficiencies or problem areas and provides solutions to achieve desired results by way of the Board of Trustees.
• Provides support and leadership direction to individuals directly reporting to this position in accordance with the organizational structure.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in construction, consisting of electrical, carpentry, mechanical and plumbing repairs along with all other engineering aspects and pool maintenance.

This is a part time position with compensation depending on experience.

LIFEGUARDS, SWIM INSTRUCTORS, SWIM AIDES

KSTC will be hiring Lifeguards, Maintenance Personnel, Swim Instructors & Swim Aides, for the 2021 Season in the new year. Starting March 2nd we will be accepting applications for all positions.  Please note, all Lifeguard applicants must be over age 15 and have a current certification to apply.  We will accept applications from both KSTC owners and the public.
