Swim Practice Schedule
Please allow time for walking through the parking lot and the pool grounds so your child is ready to begin at the practice start time!
Afternoon Practice Schedule – Tuesday, May 31st ONLY
3:30-5 PM Ages 12 and up (middle schoolers come as soon as you are able!)
4:45-6 PM Ages 9, 10, 11
Afternoon Practice Schedule – All Weekdays, M-F: Begins Wednesday, June 1st through Friday, June 17th
3:30-5 PM Ages 12 and up (middle schoolers come as soon as you are able!)
4:45-6 PM Ages 9, 10, 11
5:45-6:45 PM Ages 8 and Under
Morning Practice Schedule – All Weekdays, M-F: Begins Monday, June 20th through approximately July 29th*
(*this is dependent on championship meets and the LBSL schedule that has not been released yet)
6:30 AM - 8:30 AM Mon/Wed/Fri only, 50 Meter Long Course (Optional) Ages 13 & up and/or Coach recommended
7:00 AM - 8:30 AM Ages 12 and up
8:30 AM - 9:45 AM Ages 9, 10, 11
9:45 AM - 10:45 AM Ages 8 and Under
10:45 AM - 11:30 AM Developmental Program and Clinics -*5 week program runs only until July 21st, Monday-Thursdays only!
Morning Practice Schedule for League Finals Swimmers only– this is still to be determined depending on championship meets and the LBSL schedule that has not been released yet.
8:00 AM - 9:15 AM tentative
Things to bring to practice:
- A positive attitude
- Sneakers and socks for dry-land
- water bottle
- towel (thick for land drills)
- flippers (fins)
- swim cap
- goggles
- warm clothes
- Tote bag to store and carry all of the above.
You must wear a 1-piece swimsuit for practice.
Some other considerations:
All equipment, towels, clothing, etc., should be clearly marked with the swimmer’s name so that lost items may be returned.
