Swim Practice Schedule 

Please allow time for walking through the parking lot and the pool grounds so your child is ready to begin at the practice start time!

Afternoon Practice Schedule – Tuesday, June 1st ONLY 

3:30-5 PM             Ages 12 and up (middle schoolers come as soon as you are able!)
4:45-6 PM             Ages 9, 10, 11 

Afternoon Practice Schedule – Weekdays​: Wednesday, June 2nd through Wednesday, June 16th

3:30-5 PM             Ages 12 and up (middle schoolers come as soon as you are able!)
4:45-6 PM             Ages 9, 10, 11 
5:45-6:45 PM        Ages 8 and Under 

Morning Practice Schedule –
Weekdays​: Thursday, June 17th through approximately July 27th*

(*this is dependent on championship meets and the LBSL schedule that has not been released yet)


  6:30 AM - 8:30 AM  - Mon/Wed/Fri  only - 50 Meter Long Course (Optional) Ages 11 & up and/or Coach recommended
  7:00 AM - 8:30 AM       Ages 13 and up
  8:30 AM - 9:45 AM       Ages 10, 11, 12
  9:45 AM -10:45 AM     Ages 9 and Under


Morning Practice Schedule for League Finals Swimmers only– this is still to be determined depending on championship meets and the LBSL schedule that has not been released yet. 

8:00 AM - 9:15 AM tentative
 

Things to bring to practice:

  • A positive attitude
  • Sneakers and socks for dry-land
  • water bottle
  • towel (thick for land drills)
  • flippers (fins)
  • swim cap
  • goggles
  • warm clothes
  • Tote bag to store and carry all of the above.

You must wear a 1-piece swimsuit for practice.

Some other considerations:
All equipment, towels, clothing, etc., should be clearly marked with the swimmer’s name so that lost items may be returned.


Time Trials
Time Trials will be held on Saturday, June 19th, from 7:00-10:30AM 
at the Mock Meet.  This involves timing swimmers in each of the four competitive strokes: freestyle, breast, back and butterfly. This information is used to determine squad assignment and as a baseline for individual record-keeping for the season.
