Additional info about 4th of July email (original email below):

-there are two more volunteer spots for someone to grab!

-seats will run out. DO NOT save seats for those coming later. Be kind to your fellow members. Lounge chairs are meant for adults on super busy days. You are permitted to bring bag chairs (camping chairs – portable chairs – how ever you say this). The front lawn is also available for seating and its just a couple steps to the pool.

-in case you have never been on a Holiday - its busy y’all

-parking will also fill up. When you park on the street be sure you ONLY park on the right-hand side as you approach the Club. Residents and Emergency vehicles need to be able to pass through

-the pool will also fill up. Floats will likely not be allowed during the busiest hours

-bring money (like cash money) for the following: split the pot, extra food tickets, raffle basket tickets and the snack shop will be open. Snack shop still takes cards 😊

-volunteers get to save two chairs. You may come at 9 am to do so. You will enter the Club, place your towels and beat it – LOL. Seriously though, you cannot stay. We will see you at 10.

-Contests: rubber duck capture, dive for coins, splash contest!! There will be prizes.

-Lifeguards are expert swimmers employed to rescue people who get into difficulty in a swimming pool or at the beach. *You will notice this does not say swim instructor, day care provider or entertainer. Parents – that’s on you.

-parade info coming next. Line up starts at 930 – parade begins at 945. Firetrucks and Police lead the way 😊

And maybe most importantly….

-make sure you bring your grace and leave your Karen at home

See you at the club-

Lets be real for a couple seconds before this comes to an end. The reality is – we need volunteers to make this happen. Not enough volunteers means no party.  Lets come together to make sure this is a great event!!
