Hi everyone! I am so excited to be working with the Lenah Run Froggers! I swam with the Froggers for 6 years and have been swimming competitively since I was 5 years old. I swam with the Potomac Marlins Swim Team, for PVI Catholic High School, and now on the H2Okies club swim team for my senior year at Virginia Tech. This will be my 6th year coaching for the Froggers, going from a Junior Coach to now a Head Coach. I have also worked two summers with LetSwim helping teach kids the fundamentals of being comfortable in the water and learning to swim. Currently, I am a Senior at Virginia Tech studying Psychology and Human Development and swimming with the H20kie club team. Not only do I love the sport of swimming, but I especially love being able to share that passion and work with kids teaching them how to love it too. Get excited for an awesome summer and Go Froggers!!! |

I’m so excited to come back to coaching with the Froggers. I’ve been with the Froggers for 6 years, and now have been on the coaching staff for 4. I’ve also been swimming competitively since I was 5. I’ve swam on Potomac Marlins as well as Paul VI Varsity swim team. Swimming has been a huge part of my life and I love coaching and getting to bring that to other kids. I can’t for the season to start and for a great summer. |

I am an Assistant Coach this year and my fouth year coaching. I swam for 10 years on the Froggers Swim Team. I loved swimming on the Froggers and I am looking forward to another great season. I also swam for John Champe Varsity swim team for four years. I hope to make this season as fun for the other swimmers as it is for me to be a Frogger. I look forward to helping kids enjoy swimming as much as I do!

I have been swimming since I was 5 years old. This will be my 7th year on the Froggers, my 11th year as a year round club swimmer, and I just completed my 4th and final year on my HS Varsity team. I will be attending the University of Tampa in the fall. Swim is a really big part of my life, and has been for the longest time and I LOVE it. I am very excited to be a senior coach this year, and for the season in general. I am so excited to help everyone not only become the best swimmer they can be, but more importantly find the love for this sport that I have. |

I’m so excited to be coaching this season! This team introduced me to my love of swimming. Now, I’m a year round competitive swimmer who’s entering her twelfth year with the Froggers. I’ve been doing competitive swim for 8 years and I currently swim on Machine Aquatics. Through all my coaches and personal experiences, I’ve grown as both a swimmer and a person. I hope to share the knowledge I’ve learned in all my years of swimming and bring fun and energy to the team; I want to show kids the same love for the sport I experienced when I was their age. Let’s make this an awesome season! Go Froggers!

I have been a year round swimmer since 3rd grade as well as being on my high school varsity team for 2 years. I started swimming for the Lenah Run Froggers in 4th grade and since then I have always felt welcomed. I can’t wait to start coaching as a junior coach this year, I hope to spread the love and positivity I have for this team and sport!

My swimming journey began as a Lenah Run Tadpole when I was four years old, and I have been swimming ever since. I have spent the last 12 years swimming for both the Lenah Run Froggers and several club teams, including NCAP, Riptide and currently Centreville Swim Club (CSC). Over the years I have enjoyed learning how to improve my strokes and lower my personal best times, but my favorite part of swim team is the comradery that forms and grows among the swimmers. I have made some of my best friends through swimming. I am very excited for the opportunity to be a Junior Coach this year. I look forward to sharing what I have learned and to making many new friends. |
