Noah Garvey

MCSL has been part of Noah’s life since 2006, when he first joined the Woodcliffe Wahoos as a six year old. Noah swam with the Wahoos for the rest of his 13 year MCSL career, even setting an MCSL record in 2012 in the Boys 11-12 50m Breaststroke.

Summer swimming inspired Noah to compete year round, swimming with RMSC-Germantown from 2007-2015. He then began swimming at Nation’s Capital Swim Club coached by Rob Washburn. It was there that Noah qualified for NCSA Junior Nationals and Speedo Winter Junior Nationals in the breaststroke events, and also where he would finish out his competitive career as a swimmer upon graduating from Northwest High School in 2018.

Following his retirement from competitive swimming in 2018, Noah has remained highly involved in the sport through coaching, starting as a coach of the Woodcliffe Wahoos in 2017, and remaining in this role through the summer of 2022. Beginning in fall of 2021, Noah began his club coaching career as head coach of the Bronze 1&2 programs at NCAP-North, where he coaches the 9-12 year old swimmers and works closely with his former coach, Rob Washburn.

Noah is excited to work closely with the community, and is thrilled to be a Demon. Noah would like to thank everyone for welcoming him into the Darnestown Demons family, and looks forward to a great summer!

Abby Hanson

Abby has been a Darnestown Demon since 2011 and this is her third year coaching for Darnestown, even though she has been coaching swim lessons for 4 years. She is graduating from Northwest High School this year and was a captain of the Varsity Swim Team for 2022-2023. She will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the fall. Abby loves to be in the water and really enjoys working with kids. She can teach any stroke and is experienced with kids of all ages. She is looking forward to helping kids improve this summer and is available for private lessons! Go demons!

Trey Cook

Hi, my name is Trey.  I am a sophomore at Northwest High School and this is my second year coaching with the Demons. I have been a member of DSRC since I was 2 years old and part of the Darnestown Demons team since I was 5 years old. I have also swam year-round for RMSC since I was six. I have made some of my best friends and memories as a Darnestown Demon and look forward to helping others do the same! I cannot wait for another great season with the demons!

Lily Wilson

Lily have been a demon since she was 5 years old. She swam at rmsc for 8 years and has been on the Northwest Swim and Dive team for the past 2 years of her high school career. She enjoys playing volleyball and lacrosse on the varisty team at Northwest. She was a demon coach last year and is looking forward to another exciting season as we take on B division.
