During that time, he has held various coaching positions in NCAP, Tollefson Swimming, and GPST. Ross swam for the Illinois Wesleyan Titans, a school from which he now has a degree in music. Ross has held the assistant coach position at Garrett Park for six years. He is honored to lead the Ladybugs as head coach for his sixth year.

Kailee Goldberg Assistant Coach
Kailee is returning for her fifth year of coaching at Garrett Park, and she couldnt be more excited for another summer of swimming and amazing memories. Kailee is a graduating senior at Walter Johnson HS, and she is proud to say that this fall she will be a Terp in the Carillon Communities Arts and Activism program at the University of Maryland College Park. For the past four summers, Kailee has coached the GP pre-team and helped many young swimmers learn vital water safety skills, help develop their technique and spark a passion in their hearts for the sport of swimming. Kailee has also taught in-water lessons and coached on deck at Tollefson Swimming year round for the past 4 years. This summer, she will continue to teach with Tollefson, and she will be coaching the Masters program at Garrett Park along with teaching in the evenings. She loves teaching swimming, especially when she gets to see the young children she once taught grow up and advance in their skills as swimmers. Outside of the pool, Kailee is an avid participant in music and theater. She started singing before anyone can remember, and she hasnt stopped. If you catch her humming, or even singing softly, on deck, feel free to call her out on it because she tends to do it without thinking. She just wrapped up her choral and theater careers at WJ, spending all four years of high school in both programs. She hopes to get to know each and every one of the swimmers on the team, and cant wait for the summer to start!

In addition to swimming for the ladybugs each summer, Holly has trained with the RMSC's National Development Group and Tollefson swim team year round. She has helped out with pre-team the last few summers and is very excited to be a pre-team coach for the fourth summer. Holly is a rising senior at WJ high school. She is looking forward to a great season with all her fellow ladybugs!
