Hello Kingfish families! A few fall updates:
Open Key Volunteer Positions
We would like to remind everyone that we still have two open Key Volunteer positions: Merchandise Shadow and Treasurer Shadow. Both of these positions are important to the success of the Kingfish and as a shadow, you will be under the guidance of wonderful and knowledgeable volunteers for the 2023 season before taking over the full role in 2024.
We are also seeking a Banquet Chair to build a planning committee and oversee our end of season banquet.

A Meet Schedule
The proposed schedule of A meets for the 2023 Summer season has been posted to the Kingfish website. Many thanks to the Kingfish Board as well as all of our Key Volunteers for their tireless efforts and commitment to the Kingfish community. We also want to give a special thanks to Meredith Fogle, our departing Team Manager. Her involvement has been essential to the Kingfish and her leadership will be missed. Congratulations to Yolanda Goettsch who will be transitioning to the Team Manager position and passing the torch on her A Meet Rep role to Christy Shafer and Mia Joelsson! We know she will make our future seasons fantastic!
Upcoming Board Meetings
The Kingfish Board and Key Volunteers meet on a monthly basis, usually the second Monday of every month. All current members of the Kingfish team are invited and encouraged to attend. Our proposed schedule is below, with meetings beginning at 7 p.m. Location is TBD.

We would typically then meet every other Monday through the summer swim season.
KidServe Holiday Giving
We are hosting our gift giving and gift wrapping event again this year, and we are hoping for your participation. Kingfish families were incredibly generous last year, and some of you even came to help wrap.
