Meet The Otter Coaches!

Evan Lewis Head Coach

Hey, Otters. Coach Evan here. I want to say first and foremost that I am excited to be working at
Quince Orchard this summer. It seems that this team has a strong foundation that can be built
upon. I am ready to give my all this summer in an effort to create the best possible Otters team.

Before joining the Otters, I was a camp counselor and swim coach at Valley Mill Camp from
ages 14-17 and an Assistant Head Swim Coach at Potomac Glen from ages 18-20. I am a
graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and am attending Towson University to obtain a
Master’s in Teaching. I swam competitively for 14 years before going to college, and I’ve had
the pleasure of learning under great coaches at Joe Flaherty’s Dolphins, NCAP, and RMSC.

If you have any questions during this season please don’t hesitate to shoot me an email through TeamUnify or [email protected]

Let’s have a great season!  Go QO OTTERS!
Andie Weitzman Assistant Coach

Coach Andie grew up enjoying all of the Otters' social events along with the meets. She still enjoys connecting with past Otter members and others that are currently on the team. She grew up swimming in all of the QO Otters age groups.  Andie swam year-round with Rockville Montgomery Swim Club along with other teams.  She currently swims at Towson University where she is studying to become an Elementary school teacher. At the moment, Andie is interested in teaching 2nd grade. She attended Jones Lane Elementary, Ridgeview Middle School and Quince Orchard High School, where she was the swim team captain her senior year.  Andie has been a lifeguard at QO and other swim facilities, and has been teaching children how to swim for over 5 years. Coach Andie is looking forward to helping the Otters develop their skills while having a fun season.
