Registration Information
Welcome to the Quince Orchard Otters Swim Club. We are happy that you have decided to register with us!
Your family and swimmers will be fully registered and considered active members once the following three pieces are in place:
- Registration information submitted;
- Payment submitted; and,
- Your family has committed to volunteer jobs.
To begin registration, you can:
- Click on System->Start Registration in the left hand navigator
- or Click on the Registration button on the right hand side of the Home page
The registration process is meant to be simple and convenient. If at any time you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact any board member directly, use the Contact Us link on our web site or by email at [email protected]
Additional Information
- Opting out of the member directory. If you don't want to be included in the member directory or have access to see other's directory information, you can opt out as follows:
- Go to My Account > My Account and change the Member Search drop down to Yes-I want to participate or No-I do not want to participate and Save Changes.
- Adding your Cell number to receive text messages
- Go to My Account > My Account
- You will see a box for “Email and Text Messaging Setup.” Click the Add SMS button to the right of the box
- A new pop up screen will appear and allow you to enter in the Cell Number and Cell Carrier. Fill in and hit the Send button
- A pop up will say that a text has been sent to the cell number for verification
- Check your cell phone for this message and note the Verification / Validation code. Note that some cell carriers can take awhile to deliver the message.
- Enter this number in the “Verification Code” field and click Verify. This MUST be done for the number to be activated.
- The cell number will appear in the box with the “Verified” checkbox checked
